Our 12,000 sq. ft. inside boat storage facility is the finest structure of its kind in the region.  The building utilizes a steel rack system and is tightly sealed for protection from birds and bats that can severely soil canvases in pole barn boat storage structures.

Our mechanical staff winterizes marine engines and water systems with bio-degradable antifreeze.   By completely filling the cooling system with antifreeze, we eliminate the corrosion that occurs in engines where engine blocks are merely drained.
